	TRW "Small Business Program Employee Recognition Award" ( 2002-11-19 )
	November 19, 2002�TRW honored ALCOSYS� founder, President, and CEO Beverly Allen today at their Third Annual Small Business Employee Recognition Luncheon. Along with other heads of companies that are prot�g�s with TRW as their mentor, Ms. Allen received a Special Recognition Award plaque. Awards were also presented to various project managers and TRW employees. The luncheon was hosted by TRW�s Pat Austin, Manager, Small Business Office East, and featured two speakers: Pam Sullivan, Vice President and General Manager, Information and Technical Services Division at TRW, and John Townes, Chairman, Fairfax County Office of Small Business. Ms. Sullivan spoke on the �Small Business Outlook� and Mr. Townes presented his views on �Small Business�The U.S. Economy�s Life-Line.� In honoring these company heads, project managers, and employees, TRW confirmed its belief that minority, women-owned, and small business enterprises are an integral part of its industry and important contributors to its future as a global company.
